About SpendLab
SpendLab empowers over 200 organizations annually to reclaim overpaid payments through comprehensive accounts payable recovery audits. Our data-driven approach leverages cutting-edge technologies like AI, ML, and LLM to meticulously scrutinize outgoing cash flows and identify instances of incorrectly processed VAT within financial administrations. We delve into the invoice and payment streams of large private and public entities, pinpointing inaccuracies and unlocking substantial recoveries on a no-cure, no-pay basis. Our impressive client portfolio attests to our rapid growth and unwavering commitment to excellence. Additionally, we are actively transforming our business into a product software company that not only facilitates recovery but also proactively safeguards our clients’ liquidity and instils the peace of mind of having their AP process under the tightest control.

What we expect from you:
As a financial analyst at SpendLab Recovery, you will be responsible for thoroughly investigating and analysing complex financial irregularities, such as double payments, undue payments, unknown balances and incorrectly booked VAT.

You take a leading role in identifying and evaluating financial risks, and you perform in-depth system analyses in our clients' systems at mainly large private and public organisations.

Our experienced finance staff have a collaborative role in developing our advanced algorithms and also testing them. You will thus proactively think about the development of new algorithms to analyse financial data even more thoroughly and detect financial risks more efficiently.
