What we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced Devops Engineer to build, test and maintain infrastructure/tools so that software can be developed and released safely and reliably. This person will help us set up mature, robust processes around implementations, metrics, and alerts, both by helping us leverage modern solutions and by setting the example for the rest of the team to follow.

Responsibilities

  • Unleash the full potential of Azure
  • Setting standards for the Engineering team in terms of testing, deployments, performance (applications and databases), monitoring, and observability
  • Drive adoption of best practices by other teams through direct instruction and thorough documentation
  • Development of infrastructure as code (IaC) to make robust infrastructure changes
  • Develop a robust CI/CD deployment process
  • Building out tooling/libraries to provide engineers with the best development experience

Vereisten

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a DevOps role. Extra years in general software engineering a plus

  • Experience with the Azure platform, a.o. DevOps for CI/CD, MSSQL

  • Experience in supporting . NET manufacturing services, including coverage testing tools, static analysis (SonarQube)

  • Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies

  • AuthN/AuthZ experience is a big plus (OAuth, MSAL, OpenID, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of network and security configurations

  • Experience with some of the other technologies we use: Angular, GraphQL

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, which promote collaboration between teams.

  • Be fully available and live in the Eindhoven area.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Dutch is a big plus

  • A drive to learn and develop yourself

About Us

SpendLab assists more than 170 government and commercial clients in helping them find and recover overpayments. Our team builds state-of-the-art technology systems that uses over 450 in-house developed algorithms and models to investigate large-scale accounting data and identify improper cash flows within our client’s procure-to-pay processes. We scrutinize invoice and payment flows for both large private and public organizations, identifying discrepancies on a no-cure, no-pay basis. Additionally, we support organizations in achieving cost savings through procurement and process optimization.
